About the Forum Resource Center

Many Christian leaders feel that they are on their own.  If they have access to leadership training resources (theological, management, skills, apologetics, etc), these are usually limited to resources in their native language or within their own denomination. 

One of the basic strategies of the European Leadership Forum is to identify common needs of European evangelical leaders and then find the best resources to help meet those needs (Local Leaders' Needs / God's Global Resources).  Some of these resources might be addressed at the Forum itself -- but sometimes the Forum is only an introduction. 

For example, Jerry Twombly, a leading teacher on Organisation Development, was powerfully used by the Lord at the last two Forums.  We offered leaders who came to Jerry's sessions at the Forum the opportunity to sponsor Jerry in their home countries.  As a result, Jerry has spoken in Kiev, London, Prague, Glascow and Dublin, etc. at 2 day seminars, helping hundreds of Christian leaders across Europe understand how to better lead their organisations. 

This, in essence, is the vision of the Forum --  Identifying critical leadership needs, and seeking to be a bridge to the best resources to meet those needs.

What are the Forum Resources?

1. Forum Speakers

Each Forum speaker has specialties and topics that they can uniquely address.  Depending on your situation and need, which of these speakers would be helpful to your local ministry this next year?  Would it be helpful to have Dr Bill Craig debate a leading atheist in your area or to have John Lenton teach a seminar for Christian leaders on Effectively Managing People? 2. Forum Saturday Seminars

3. Forum Leadership & Management Mentoring

Leaders sometimes need a chance to talk over difficult problems with other leaders.  Last year at the Forum, we offered a pilot version of a new resource for leaders of Christian organisations - leadership and management mentoring.  This consulting resource is led by John Lenton, who has 35 years of leadership experience.  Click on Forum Leadership & Management Mentoring to find out how you can talk with experienced leaders.

4. Forum Audio Recording Resources

Would it be useful to have one of the best evangelical thinkers, like Dr D A Carson, address a controversial topic like post-modernism?  We have, including the 2005 Forum content, about 600 hours of the best evangelical thinking, which is focused on key topics and issues. This teaching is available in two formats.
